Amidst the hills of Pelago in the Chianti Rufina D.O.C.G. area, with a soil composition of marly, calcareous clay as typically found in the Arno valley east of Florence.

Three months in stainless steel.
Three months in stainless steel and sparkling process made with Charmat metod.
Pink pale, with a great limpidity.
Notes of tropical fruit, citrus, peach and bouquet of white flowers.
Fine bubbles, tropical fruit and good acidity.
It can accompany delicate appetizers, but also cheeses and delicatessen. It can be combined with seafood dishes, crab, fish soups, and white meats.
