Three months in stainless steel.
The grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (19/20°C) for 10 days.
Pale straw yellow.
Delicate but persistent and intense, with notes of fruit.
Rich and dry; fine and elegant on the palate.
Well-suited to subtlely flavoured appetisers, seafood dishes and soups, and meat.
