The grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (18/20°C) for 10 days.
Pink pale, with a great limpidity.
Perception of exotic fruit, strawberries and a white flowers bouquet.
A good acidity in mouth, balanced, fresh and elegant. Avery pleasant aftertaste of liquorice and menthol.
It can accompany delicate appetizers, but also cheeses and delicatessen. It can be combined with seafood dishes, crab, fish soups, and white meats.
